It’s been quite a while since I’ve put out a post, but term is nearly over (4 more exams) and a pretty exciting summer awaits…

So nearly 5 months later, I had previously commit to write more and failed but in the words of the Japanese proverb:
“Fall seven times and stand up eight”
So as before I’m restarting / getting back into my blog, I will try my best to keep a regular flow of posts, but I’m not promising anything!
You may have recently seen blue profile pictures and #TIDALForALL. The hype is around Tidal, a high fidelity music streaming service, which was recently brought by Jay-Z in January for $56 million. I tested the streaming service Tidal back in December after writing this article on the quality of the music we listen to.
The live event was pretty short and sweet, the ‘founders’ (listed below) held a press conference in which they came together to sign a contract and re-launch Tidal. There were rumours of a new album release from the likes of Rihanna or Jay-Z but nothing came through.
The topic of this week’s quick tip is writing and comes in the form of a website called Daily Page. This one is for anyone wishing to develop their writing ability – my main piece of advice to write better is to start a blog and start writing about stuff that excites you! If you can’t handle the commitment of a full time blog then check out Medium, a platform dedicated to those who want to focus on the odd article instead of running a full-time blog. After continuing to rinse that fact that everyone should write and own a blog, Daily Pages is a must and next in line.
March of Film starts tomorrow – If you’ve ever wanted to learn or develop your photography, this could be your chance. I’ve chatted a bit about film photography before on my blog and this is the next chapter.
March of film is a theme-based project with two simple goals: To spark creativity and to keep film alive. The concept is pretty straight forward, on the 1st of March (Tomorrow) they will publish 31 themes on their website. Then over the course of the month you can choose one or as many as you’d like to do. Then grab a film camera and a roll of film and go shoot and experiment!
